VALUATION MANAGER

JOB DESCRIPTION

  • To be responsible for financial valuations for properties and businesses in Vietnam.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage valuation team and control quality of all valuation reports;

  • Maintain an understand both local and national real estate markets;

  • Review valuation and feasibility study reports for the Client as Vietnam and International Valuation Standard;

  • Liaise with clients to collect relevant information and feedbacks relating to valuation;

  • Perform in-depth due diligence analysis and market advisory;

  • Build and maintain client relationships in the business line;

  • Provide timely responses to client quote requests;

  • Meet daily, weekly and monthly with relevant Directors;

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Education: at least BA in Real Estate, Finance, Economics

  • Communication skills: Strong interpersonal, negotiation and communication skills, for liaising with colleagues, customers and other stakeholders

  • Experience: At least 3 years experience in related field and CFA level II (priority)

  • Language: Proficiency in English (both speaking and writing)

  • Key characteristics: Excellent communication, interpersonal and writing skills

  • Driven, competence, flexibility and a willingness to learn

  • Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to multi-task

  • Literacy, for writing reports and presentations

  • Ability to work effectively under pressure

  • Good teamwork, analytical, and problem-solving skills

  • Business-related awareness and a good knowledge of current affairs.
